Why Create with Joy Made us Jump for Joy

Our paws could barely contain our excitement.

Create with Joy's blog is filled to the brim with book reviews, giveaways, creativity galore, inspirational posts, and great new blogging friends waiting to meet you.

Not only does the hostess run an amazing blog, but she is a super sweet human, too. Her thoughtfulness is hard to beat. One of these days, we will share with you how we know this about her, but for now you must trust this kitty. I am the President of The Wise Cat Council, after all. I can be trusted.

Please visit Create With Joy's blog now to read all of her "Best of" recommendations and be sure to tell her how wise she is!

Cat Chat with Caren & Cody Reviewed our Book

Welcome to 2014! We hope your year ahead is the best yet for you and your family.

We have had some exciting posts about our book over the last couple of weeks, but attempting to stay in holiday mode and limit our blogging time, we will now be paying catch up to share them with you. Yippee!

For today, we would like to share with you the fantastic book review that Caren, of Cat Chat with Caren & Cody, posted about our book, just before Christmas. She made our paws dance and dance. If you have a cat, we highly recommend checking out and following her blog. Even if you don't have a cat, her blog is fun to read.

Thank you, Caren & Cody for starting our holidays off with a bang!

Tomorrow, we will share why Create with Joy made us Jump for Joy.

Thank you for reading and sharing,

Wordless Wednesday: Happy New Year and a Tearful Good-Bye

This is where we normally ask you to write something that the picture below inspires you to write. However, we lost our dear friend, and star of our Wordless Wednesday posts, this past weekend.

Snuffles the hamster brought extreme joy to Neighbor Girl's life and to her family. A beautiful cream colored Chinese Dwarf Hamster, she loved her wheel and loved a pumpkin seed even more.  This little hamster was treated like royalty and was well loved.

At this time, Neighbor Girl has requested we combine the pictures that we had scheduled for our upcoming Wordless Wednesday Posts into one as a tribute to Snuffles and we will be taking a break from the Wordless Wednesday posts until further notice.

Today's scheduled post:

Scheduled to run Jan. 7th and titled, "Hanging out with a friend."

Scheduled to run Jan. 14th and titled, "Just Hanging Around."

Snuffles may have been tiny but the comfort she brought Neighbor Girl was mighty. Snuffles, dear hamster, you will be missed by us all!

We have participated routinely in the following Wordless Wednesday Blog Hops.
We encourage you to visit them as well.
Thank you to all the fabulous hosts!
